Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations You may cancel your weekly subscription at any time. To cancel, please log in to your account dashboard or email support@musebets.com. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid week.

2. Refunds (Change of Mind) Due to the digital nature of our marketing assets and the fact that access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or once the Vault has been accessed.

3. Australian Consumer Law Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or a credit for a major failure of service. We will handle all such requests in accordance with the ACCC guidelines within 30 days.
